Agendei atendimento na AR id digital, distribuidora da Soluti.
Fiquei quase 1 hora. Alegaram Problema no sistema. agendei em 6 de set e só recebe o certificado digital no dia 11!!
Não consigo baixar o certificado. A AR informa que "não é com ela". eu deveria ligar para Soluti. Já liquei 3 x e o tempo de espera é sempre no minimo 20 min . Obviamente a empresa prontamente afirmou que a reclamação não procede mas não consegue resolver o problema do cliente. hoje liguei de novo e a fila era de 18 pessoas. Resumo: paguei, fiquei esperando 1 hora no atendimento, até hoje não consigo acessar o certificado digital, o suporte não funciona, e a empresa só fala que " a reclamação não procede" . esse é o atendimento ao cliente no Brasil! o consumidor brasileiro precisa boicotar esse tipo de desrespeito ao cliente.

I was almost 1 hour. They claimed a problem with the system. schedule on September 6 and only receive the digital certificate on the 11th !!
I cannot download the certificate. The AR reports that "it is not with her". I should call Soluti. I already licked 3 x and the wait time is always at least 20 min. Obviously the company promptly stated that the complaint is unfounded but cannot solve the customer's problem. I called again today and the line was 18 people. Summary: I paid, I was waiting 1 hour in service, I still can not access the digital certificate, support does not work, and the company only says that "the complaint does not proceed". This is customer service in Brazil! Brazilian consumers need to boycott this kind of customer disrespect.
