★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento,as pessoas que trabalham lá, são muito debochados mal educados e ignorantes,mal organizado, e nesse tempo de Pandemia só vi aglomeração,as pessoas eram muito mal tratadas,fui tirar a identidade da minha filha,e estava esperando chamarem a minha senha quando em fim deixaram eu entrar,já estava na senha 140 ,sendo que aninha era a 113,me senti desrespeitada,esse serviço n é de graça é direito nosso pois pagamos absurdos de impostos, deveriam nus tratar melhor pois pagamos os salários de cada um de lá e até pelo serviço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abre as 8h da manhã, aconselhável chegar cedo com xerox do documentos e tudo e também com a certidão de nascimento do ano de 2010 para frente, com o selo de autenticação, certidões antigas sem isso não será aceita para tirar documentos ou 2º via.
O Lugar é meio abandonado, com várias pessoas de idade trabalhando, alguns são jovens.
Aconselho a olha TODO O DOCUMENTO, FAZER A LEITURA E COMPARAR SE ESTÁ TUDO CERTO.
Fui tira a Identidade da minha irmã, erraram 3 vezes o documento, devido a nome de mãe errado e data de emissão errada e até dados tortos, aconselho a olhar tudo antes de sair de lá por que deixa pra outro dia com a quantidade de gente é muito complicado e mal organizado.

The place is kind of abandoned, with several old people working, some are young.
I advise you to look ALL THE DOCUMENT, MAKE THE READING AND COMPARE IF IT'S ALL RIGHT.
I took my sister's ID, they got the document wrong 3 times, due to the wrong mother's name and wrong issue date and even crooked data, I advise you to look at everything before leaving because you leave it for another day with the number of people it's too complicated and poorly organized.
