Na primeira compra lanche atrasou 20 minutos dos 45 minutos que me disseram.
Hoje 01/06 realizei pedido de Temaki e fiquei esperando por 50 minutos e após cobrar entrega fui informado que estava com problema, mas engraçado que o pedido estava sendo feito pelo WhatsApp.
Quanta mentira para tentar de safar da desorganização e mentiras.

Disorganized company that does not respect the customer.
On the first snack purchase I was 20 minutes late out of the 45 minutes I was told.
Today 06/01 I ordered Temaki and I was waiting for 50 minutes and after charging for delivery I was informed that I had a problem, but it was funny that the order was being made by WhatsApp.
How many lies to try to get away from disorganization and lies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um hambúrguer bem honesto. Ótimo custo benefício, entrega num tempo bom. Não é um lugar Premium, mas o lanche é bem feito sim e saboroso. Eu adoro a batata de lá, muito bem servida e o chedar que vem junto é ótimo. Dá pra retirar no local mas o ideal é pedir, porque no local fica um monte de motoqueiro empinando a moto e enchendo o saco, cansa um pouco. Parece até meio perigoso a noite. Sempre que quero um hambúrguer bom e barato, peço de lá.

I love the potatoes there, very well served and the cheddar that comes with it is great. You can take it out on the spot, but the ideal is to ask, because there are a lot of bikers in the place, rearing the bike and filling the bag, it gets a little tired. It even seems a little dangerous at night. Whenever I want a good, cheap hamburger, I order it from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido errado nesta unidade acreditando que se tratava da unidade patente e só descobri quando fui buscar o lanche, estou dando minha avaliação pelo funcionário que foi super educado comigo mesmo com o erro de unidades e provavelmente tendo que arcar com o custo do meu erro ainda foi super educado, nota 5 pelos funcionários, pedi o lanche correto na unidade mais próxima a minha casa e vou avaliar pelo sabor em breve, parabéns pela postura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a falta de respeito pelos cliente é de mais , fiquei mais de 1 hora tentando fazer o pedido de todas as formas , no link , telefone e WhatsApp ,... não tinha os produtos que gostaria que estava disponível no cardápio, ou seja mais de uma hora para ser atendida e fiquei com fome pela falta de respeito que esse restaurante teve !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento com o cliente, me direcionei ao estabelecimento, fiz o meu pedido e fiquei aguardando, certo momento senti vontade de ir ao toalete e o funcionário falou que não tinha banheiro, logo depois repetiu dizendo que tinha mais que tinha acabado de levar. Então ele queria que eu usasse o banheiro sujo! E não deixou eu ir ao banheiro.
