★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido 13:00, falaram que o tempo estimado de entrega seria 45 minutos, esperei quase 2 horas e o pedido não chegou, se estão com muitos pedidos falem a verdade e não mintam para o cliente sobre o tempo de entrega, experiência péssima, não recomendo.
I placed an order at 1:00 pm, they said the estimated delivery time would be 45 minutes, I waited almost 2 hours and the order did not arrive, if you have a lot of orders tell the truth and don't lie to the customer about the delivery time, terrible experience , I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Primeira vez que peço e não sei se repetirei. Fiz o pedido do meu almoço antecipadamente, às 11h09 e a previsão era de entregar entre 11h34-11h44. Resultado? Estou aqui reclamando e esperando. Péssima comunicação pelo app Ifood e no telefone ficam jogando a culpa nas unidades, "não foi aqui, foi em outro lugar"...estamos eu e meu filho aqui com fome e a única coisa que o aplicativo diz é que meu pedido está há caminho, com 1h de atraso. Nem adianta colocar entrega grátis se o preço que o cliente paga é a demora e negligência de vocês.
Terrible! First time I ask and I don't know if I will repeat it. I ordered my lunch in advance, at 11:09 am and the forecast was to deliver between 11:34 am and 11:44 am. Result? I'm here complaining and waiting. Bad communication through the Ifood app and on the phone are blaming the units, "it wasn't here, it was somewhere else"... my son and I are here hungry and the only thing the app says is that my order is there way, with 1h of delay. It's no use putting free delivery if the price the customer pays is your delay and negligence.
