★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Ligam p desmarcar, mudam sua consulta aleatoriamente e no dia, mandam msg dizendo que a agenda foi fechada p o convênio. Ridículo. As pessoas não vão ao médico por esporte, pacientes ou futuros pacientes deveriam ser respeitados. Fica a dica.
 Terrible. Call p to deselect, change your appointment randomly and on the day, send message saying that the agenda has been closed by the agreement. Ridiculous. People don't go to the doctor for sport, patients or future patients should be respected. Here's the tip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim. Decepcionante. No meu caso sempre atendido com pressa. Seja em consulta atrasada pelo atendimento deles. O médico fala e na hora que vou falar. Hj já deu e nem recebe os exames pois não trabalho fora do meu horário. Traga no retorno daqui 2 meses. Hora que vc vai no exame. Espera mais de duas horas após horário combinado e ... doutor eu senti... não. Hoje se limite a responder o que eu perguntar. Fale quando tiver o seu retorno. Mesmo dando pra ouvir. Pq o aparelho estava descalibrado, ele me calou e pediu p falar só quando voltasse. O tempo dele sempre precioso. Com pressa e as vezes mal humor pelas coisas dele dar errado. O meu tempo sempre desconsiderado. Não vale nada. Mesmo sabendo que nesta relação de consumo eu pago e ele recebe. Impressão que tenho que ética. Respeito. Profissionalismo. Empatia então... tudo ficou só na escrita da apresentação do site.
Uma pena. Um profissional que aparenta ter ótimo conhecimento e competência. Perde suas qualidades por nervosismo falta de atenção e respeito com paciente e o tempo de consulta. Nao cumpre com horário marcado e só pensa nele e não no cliente/paciente. Lamentável. Com. Certeza um pouco mais de calma e empatia. Resolveria meu problema é o dele também. Seja no particular ou no convenio. Fui ler o procedimento que eles fazem através da Internet. Pois com tanta pressa nem o médico me falou como era. Só que meu convênio não pagava.Após ter desistido do atendimento. Vi que poderia ter resolvido. Não volto mais lá mas deixo este feedback back para que possam melhorar e não viver de feedback fake de amigos. Pois quem vai lá sabe que é assim e demora. Além da falta de comprometimento com paciente. Marquei outro profissional e percebi claramente a diferença no atendimento.
A igastroprocto não entregou o exame que ficaria pronto em dois dias nem em duas semanas e não consegui entregar em consulta com outro médico a tempo.

Me senti humilhada, ouvindo o médico dizer que "esse convênio escolhe os pacientes a dedo" entre outras citações depreciativas, devido à minha reação "ansiosinha demais" durante um exame sem sedação total. Lastimável.
Após a resposta do proprietário: Não sei qual informação o Sr recebeu, mas minha agitação foi somente ânsias, devido à sensibilidade do equipamento na minha garganta. Em momento nenhum tentei remover o aparelho. Já fiz 3 endoscopias e nunca aconteceu nada parecido. Mas agradeço sua resposta.
