MY CONTRACTED SPEED IS 10M BUT THEY ARE PASSING ME 1.5, THE SERVICE IS PESSIMO AND STILL CONNECTED ME TO SAY ABOUT ME BECAUSE I SAID IN MY SOCIAL NETWORKS THAT THE INTERNET WAS A WASTE, IT WAS LACK OF ETHICS OF THE PART OF THEIR SERVICE THAT IN THE CASE IS JUST ONE! THEY CAME TO SAY I WAS LYING TO SAY THE INTERNET WAS BAD MORE TO WORK AT HOME OFFICE AND THE TECHNICIAN OF THE COMPANY WHERE WORK MEASURED AND IS ARRIVING FOR 1.5 TIMES 0.5 AND FELL .DON'T DESERVE 1 STAR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assim que contratei a internet a uns 4/5 anos valia muito a pena, depois que começaram a trabalhar com a fibra, a parmatelica ficou péssima, baixíssima qualidade, não dá pra assistir que trava o tempo todo!
Até um vídeo no Instagram não funciona!
Vem a minha casa, dizem que é a entrada do modem trocam, atualizam o sistema e continua a mesma coisa!
Só não tirei ainda daqui pois não achei outra.
Eu nem vou falar do atendimento por telefone...
As soon as I hired the internet about 4/5 years ago it was very worthwhile, after they started working with fiber, the parmatelica was terrible, very low quality, you can't see that it crashes all the time!
Even a video on Instagram doesn't work!
Come to my house, say it's the modem input, exchange, update the system and continue the same thing!
I just haven't taken it out of here yet because I haven't found another one.
I'm not even going to talk about the phone service...
