★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local de fé Cristã. Estava passando alguns dias em Mandacaru e sentia um enorme desejo de visitar uma Igreja na quarta feira de cinzas. Para minha grata surpresa houve uma celebração presidida pelo Diácono.
A comunidade católica de Mandacaru me acolheu como uma grande família.
Agradeço a Deus, a Nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo, a Nossa Mãe Maria, e a comunidade católica de Mandacaru por levarem a frente a Igreja de São Sebastião, e por acolher tão bem os católicos de outros locais, como eu, que vim de muito distante.

 Place of Christian faith. I was spending a few days in Mandacaru and felt an enormous desire to visit a Church on Ash Wednesday. To my pleasant surprise there was a celebration presided over by the Deacon.
The Catholic community of Mandacaru welcomed me as one big family.
I thank God, Our Lord Jesus Christ, Our Mother Mary, and the Catholic community of Mandacaru for taking the Church of São Sebastião forward, and for welcoming Catholics from other places, such as myself, that I came from very far away .
