Símbolo da fé cristã do povo dessa terra, foi a primeira igreja construída nessa cidade, por volta da década de 30, frequentadas por habitantes de toda a área e os tropeiros, comerciantes que passavam pela região.

The Church of the Amaragi is a historical and cultural patrimony of Lagoa Seca, located in the Amaragi site. Symbol of the Christian faith of the people of this land, it was the first church built in that city, around the 1930s, frequented by inhabitants of the whole area and the tropeiros, merchants who passed through the region.
