★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive em consulta no dia 14 de junho com a Doutora Luciana Gandra. Na data estava sem luz e a doutora não pode examinar. Minha consulta era por convênio. A doutora é ótima mas o agendamento é péssimo. Teria que retornar em 15 dias e o retorno só foi agendado para 30 de setembro (pois é... pasmem). Já fiz o exame que a doutora pediu e não há vaga para retorno. Curioso que a secretária Pamela está agendando novas consultas para agosto. Simplesmente não dá pra entender. Tinha em interesse em prosseguir com o tratamento a laser (após avaliação evidentemente) mas é impossível com esse atendimento.
 I was in consultation on the 14th of June with Dr. Luciana Gandra. On the date there was no light and the doctor could not examine it. My appointment was by arrangement. The doctor is great but the schedule is terrible. He would have to return in 15 days and the return was only scheduled for September 30th (yeah... amazingly). I have already taken the exam that the doctor asked for and there is no vacancy for return. Curious that Secretary Pamela is scheduling new appointments for August. It's just not understandable. I was interested in proceeding with laser treatment (obviously after evaluation) but it is impossible with this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica tem ótimos médicos, mas o atendimento é de péssima qualidade. As funcionárias dificultam acesso aos profissionais, inexiste wi-fi, não há confirmação de consulta, não respondem ao Whatsapp e, dependendo do horário, sequer atendem o telefone. Ademais, o pagamento tem que ser feito apenas em dinheiro ou cheque, algo francamente inviável nos dias atuais.
Clinic has great doctors, but the service is of bad quality. The employees make access to professionals difficult, there is no wi-fi, there is no confirmation of consultation, they do not respond to Whatsapp and, depending on the time, they do not even answer the phone. In addition, the payment has to be made only in cash or check, something frankly impracticable these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma ótima localização de frente para a pista de caminhada, com uma vista panorâmica de um lago. As instalações modernas, com toque sofisticado e simples. O atendimento rápido e uma ampla sala de espera que conta com um ótimo ar condicionado, café expresso, água, bolachas, toaletes e cadeiras confortáveis. Pessoal uniformizado, treinado e super simpáticos. Tudo isso torna a espera nescessária muito mais suportável. Faltou só o sinal de wi-fi disponível. Mas há revistas e até material para colorir e lápis de cor para crianças... Ou para adultos também, pôr que não? Conta com ótimos médicos, pelo menos os que conheço... Espero não ter que retornar muitas vezes, mas se preciso for, será uma ótima escolha.
A great location facing the walking trail, with a panoramic view of a lake. Modern facilities, with a sophisticated and simple feel. The fast service and a large waiting room that has great air conditioning, espresso, water, cookies, toilets and comfortable chairs. Uniformed, trained and super friendly staff. All this makes the necessary wait much more bearable. It only lacked the available wi-fi signal. But there are magazines and even coloring material and crayons for children ... Or for adults too, why not? It has great doctors, at least the ones I know... I hope I don't have to return very often, but if I need to, it will be a great choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive hoje uma experiência extremamente desagradável com o Dr Gabriel Zatti Ramos, oftalmologista. Estava acompanhando uma criança menor que 10 anos, deficiente visual, em um exame de ultrassom dos olhos. O Dr mal falou conosco, não olhou na nossa cara, ignorou as tentivas da criança de falar com ele. Todas elas. Não nos deu um boa tarde. Ao realizar o exame de ultrassom mal orientou ou guiou os seus passos sobre o que ia fazer com a criança. Se está cansado ou não preparado para lidar com crianças, não faça isso. Diga que não atende. Pode ter sido apenas um dia ruim, mas não indico em nada para tratar crianças. Pode ter diplomas e o que for. Não tem humanidade.
Unfortunately I had an extremely unpleasant experience today with Dr Gabriel Zatti Ramos, an ophthalmologist. I was accompanying a visually impaired child under 10 for an ultrasound examination of the eyes. The Dr barely spoke to us, didn't look us in the face, ignored the child's attempts to talk to him. All of them. Didn't say good afternoon to us. When performing the ultrasound exam, he misguided or guided his steps on what he was going to do with the child. If you're tired or not ready to deal with children, don't. Say you don't answer. It may have just been a bad day, but I don't recommend anything to treat children. You can have degrees and whatever. It has no humanity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica mioot bem localizada, tudo e limpo e agradável, atendentes muito e treinadas. Água e cafezinho é ainda um biscoito bem saboroso, caso não encontre vaga no estacionamento pode deixar o carro em frente a praça.
