★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há mais ou menos 3 meses me passaram um cronograma equivocado de aula em Montevideu.
Nele me informaram que eu teria que fazer uma última viagem para o Uruguai em janeiro de 2022. Achei estranho e questionei, mas confirmaram que eu teria sim que viajar.
Depois que já havia comprado tudo para a viagem (hotel e passagem) disseram-me que a informação inicial estava equivocada. Tive um prejuízo financeiro e um grande aborrecimento para cancelar as reservas.
Solicitei ressarcimento junto ao IIES e a secretária falou que iria passar para a diretoria, no entanto agora não respondem mais meus e-mails.
Infelizmente, algo que poderia ser resolvido amigavelmente, afinal sempre honrei meus compromissos com a Instituição, terá que ser resolvido na justiça.
 About 3 months ago I was given a wrong class schedule in Montevideo.
In it they informed me that I would have to make one last trip to Uruguay in January 2022. I found it strange and questioned it, but they confirmed that I would indeed have to travel.
After I had bought everything for the trip (hotel and ticket) I was told that the initial information was wrong. I had a financial loss and a great hassle to cancel the reservations.
I requested reimbursement from the IIES and the secretary said that she would pass it on to the board, however, now they no longer respond to my e-mails.
Unfortunately, something that could be resolved amicably, after all I have always honored my commitments with the Institution, will have to be resolved in court.
