★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We order their black and missô tonkotsu, and the vegetarian version, everyone loved their ramen. The tonkatsu base is very good, the vegetarian version was good but could be better if they add more types of mushrooms (shitake). They have a line and do not accept credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome!
The broth of the Tonkotsu Ramen is so rich and flavorful, so creamy and soft - really good!
I was ambitious and ordered a Tonkotsu Complete, 10 Gyoza and 3 Karaage - and while the sides were really delicious, the Ramen blew me away.
Prices are pretty good as well, all areas are spotless clean and the staff is friendly!
Couldn't believe to find sth like this on the other side of the world. Also, haven't written a review for Google in a while, but I'm typing this on the way home, still in the Uber :)
Come early and avoid to be in groups. Credit cards are accepted, cash is preferred.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience in this restaurant. Despite it says no wait, I had to wait outdoors a couple of minutes for two seats in the restaurant. It was fast though.
There are two floors. In the ground floor, you can seat on tables or in the counter, looking at the ramen being prepared.
Upstairs, only tables. The staff is very friendly and they know what they are serving. They help you to clear any doubts in the menu.
Price is average, and the quality is very good. The staff kindly ask you if they can serve the appetizer before your order.
There several options of beverages and deserts.
My evaluation: if you’re a food enthusiast as I am, I do recommend this place if you are touring at Liberdade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came for the ramen and the tonkosu was amazing! It’s very sticky and full of flavor! You can see the tonkosu being boiled on the side with millions of ingredients inside giving out the think meaty taste! Very fairly priced as well. Good service.
One small suggestion; as I was checking out where are the rest of the chains out of curiosity, i found the naming of the cities in China and Taiwan was far from being accurate. Would be a good idea for a check on that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried their EAK ramen for the first time. I can’t recommend it over the regular tonkotsu, but if you feel like trying something different, go for it. Be advised though: it’s principal a lot more oily than you might think.
The pork was more on the rare side, which, much to my surprise, didn’t taste as bad as I initially expected, but still… a bit odd that this is how it’s served.
On a side note, do try their gyouza. It has a very unique flavor. Even forgot to take a picture of it.
Service was noticeably above average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the «God Fire» and «Misso Tonkotsu» ramens and they were both VERY VERY SALTY. Considering that these were our main courses, one of the soups came a few minutes after we had ordered but the second one came quite late (>15min after the first one) and they also gave us the wrong order and then gave our order to another table that had sat after us. Also, little downside was that the menu was only in Portuguese and no one spoke English so it was hard to explain which extras to add and what to remove.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent ramen! I started with the guioza. A bit on the oily side, but very tasty. Skins are super thin and light. Note that they are super small (think size of your thumb), so order more than you think you’ll need.
I had the Small tonkotsu ramen. Incredible broth, savory, juicy and packed with umami. The noodles are just right- chewy, but tender. The egg was incredible - if it was any runnier, it would be raw. Farm-raised, Of course.
Two things, though: the broth could be much warmer. There was no sichimi. It took a LONG time for our orders to arrive, and the music was horribly loud and screechy.
The restaurant has two floors - nothing special in the decor, but the food makes it all good!
