★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da recepcionista bom, mas as opções nós obrigam a optar por porções repetidas por não trabalharem com preço por peça,então se quiser comer um de cada temos que comprar um combo c 4iguais, resumindo uma pessoa sozinha fica sem opções, ou come tudo repetido,ou paga por vários combos e desperdiça,não cabe no bolso,o rolinho primavera é a mesma coisa 13,90 por 4do mesmo sabor, se quiser outro sabor tem q pagar por mais 4 kkkk e comi o de camarão que só tem um purê por dentro sem camarão nenhum, com gosto de gordura vencida, a atentende super atenciosa e tá de parabéns

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho aqui contar minha indignação,na semana passada fiz um pedido nessa empresa era 20:00 horas em ponto,perguntei o prazo de entrega e fui informado que seria de até 60 minutos,ok,aceitei o prazo de entrega e realizei o pedido,deu 21:00 horas o pedido ainda não havia chegado,liguei na loja e a atendente Renata me informou que meu pedido já estava a caminho,que dentro de no maximo 20 minutos o pedido seria entregue,eu desci para esperar o motoqueiro,deu 21:30 nada do pedido chegar,deu 22:00 e nada,ou seja, 2 horas depois do pedido realizado e nada,voltei para minha residencia e minha esposa já estava dormindo,liguei para cancelar e me falaram que oque poderiam fazer para minimizar o transtorno era retirar 8,00 reais da taxa de entrega em um pedido de 120,00 reais,ok desci novamente pois moro no 4ºandar,e para minha surpresa fiquei esperando até 22:30 e o motoqueiro ainda não tinha chegado,voltei para minha casa e fui comer miojo,pois não dava tempo de pedir comida em nenhum lugar,pensem bem antes de fazer um pedidido no Ikogai pois eles podem te matar de fome.
