★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ilê de axe me ferrou completamente. Eu paguei um absurdo de caro pra fazer 3 guias. O Matteus falou que ia fazer em 10 dias (isso em Dezembro). Eu expliquei que eu tenho uma obrigação de Santo no dia 10 de Janeiro e precisava dele antes. Quando chegou o dia 5, tentava chamar pra ele, e ele não respondia. No dia 7, eu tentei chamar pra ele de novo, e nada. No dia 10 a minha Mãe conversou com o Gerente e ele pediu mil desculpas pra a incompetência do funcionário dele. Eu NÃO recomendo este lugar pra comprar Guias. Eles não tem responsabilidade, e por causa do Matteus, eu NÃO vou ter guias pra o meu Obrigação de Santo.
The ilê de ax completely screwed me over. I paid an absurd amount of money to make 3 guides. Matteus said he would do it in 10 days (this was in December). I explained that I have a Saint obligation on the 10th of January and needed him before. When the 5th arrived, I tried to call him, and he didn't answer. On the 7th, I tried calling him again, and nothing. On the 10th, my Mother talked to the Manager and he apologized for the incompetence of his employee. I DO NOT recommend this place to buy Guides. They have no responsibility, and because of Matteus, I will NOT have guides for my Obligação de Santo.
