E depois o acompanhamento sistemático durante a aula feito pelos profissionais. Na grande maioria dos pilates a professora lhe passa o exercício e não vê o que vc está fazendo. Não vê os erros, não corrige, não se atenta ao seu desenvolvimento e dificuldades. Na ilha pilates você se sente apoiada, acompanhada e os resultados você sente a cada aula. Minha experiência tem sido transformadora no ganho de consciência corporal, na diminuição de dores e consequentemente maior disposição e essa é apenas a minha 3 semana lá.
