★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 estrelas para o atendimento médico, mas ZERO estrela para a forma que estão recepcionando os pacientes em época de pandemia. Estive hoje (02/06) na clinica e a sala de espera estava lotada, sem condições de manter o distanciamento necessário recomendado pelos órgãos de saúde e o mais absurdo, tive que tirar a máscara para poder tirar a foto para liberar a minha consulta, entendo que este é um procedimento, mas em época de pandemia ter que tirar a mascara, é absurdo, deveriam buscar outra forma.
 5 stars for medical care, but ZERO stars for the way they are welcoming patients in times of pandemic. I was at the clinic today (02/06) and the waiting room was full, unable to maintain the necessary distance recommended by the health agencies and, more absurdly, I had to remove the mask to be able to take the photo to release my consultation, I understand that this is a procedure, but in times of pandemic having to remove the mask, it is absurd, they should look for another way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência na data de 12/11/2018 quando meu filho de 5 anos com uma obstrução nasal estava com uma consulta agendada para as 18:50. Eu moro em São Paulo desmarquei uma consulta com otorrino em São Paulo para entrar em um encaixe na clínica illuminari com o otorrino Dr Israel Leonardo . Onde no dia sai do serviço as 14:00 no bom retiro cheguei em casa às 16:15 e pegamos a coletivo no Itaim Paulista as 16:45 as 17:44 desci e o coletivo e aguardei o ônibus 701 na rodovia Aírton Senna pois percebi que iria me atrasar no primeiro coletivo , peguei o ônibus 701 as 18:05 chegando em Guarulhos liguei na clínica e informei que chegaria 5 minutos depois do horário marcado pois o meu trajeto de São Paulo para Guarulhos está com muito trânsito a atendente informa que o médico às 18:50 horário da minha consulta estava em atendimento e disse se eu conseguia chegar até às 18:55 pois o médico era atencioso e quando eu chegasse na clínica ele iria ainda estar em atendimento . Muito bem cheguei a clínica exatamente as 18:55 e pra minha surpresa o médico Dr Israel Leonardo havia ido embora pois não quis esperar eu chegar com meu filho de 5 anos e ainda informou que ele tinha compromissos e não pudia esperar! Como assim quanto tempo dura o atendimento desse médico foram apenas 5 minutos eu passei mais de 1:40 minutos dentro de ônibus pra chagar e não ser atendida com meu filho . Falta de compaixão , fez pouco caso do meu problema eu perdi 2 consultas pois desisti de uma agendada pra dar preferência para esse médico egoísta e desumano foram apenas 5 minutos de atrasado não por minha culpa e ele estava em atendimento no horário marcado para minha consulta . Estou triste magoada e agora correndo atrás de um agendamento pro meu filho que precisa passar com otorrino com urgência por isso pra mim o atendimento foi vergonhoso

Very well I arrived at the clinic exactly at 18:55 and to my surprise the doctor Dr Israel Leonardo was gone because he did not want to wait for me to arrive with my 5 year old son and also informed him that he had commitments and could not wait! As well as how long the doctor's attendance lasts was only 5 minutes, I spent more than 1:40 minutes on the bus to get there and not be seen with my son. Lack of compassion, he ignored my problem, I missed 2 appointments because I gave up an appointment to give preference to this selfish and inhuman doctor, they were only 5 minutes late, not my fault and he was in attendance at the scheduled time for my appointment. I am sad hurt and now running after an appointment for my son who needs to see an urologist urgently so for me the service was shameful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passo meu filho na pediatra dra Joana há 8 anos, e eu na dra Ana Elvira tem o mesmo tempo... São mulheres maravilhosas, humanas, gentis e atenciosas. A recepção, toda equipe sempre prestativa e atenciosa.
I spend my son at the pediatrician Dr. Joana for 8 years, and I at Dr. Ana Elvira have the same time ... They are wonderful, human, kind and caring women. The reception, all staff always helpful and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu bebê pra consulta médica e o local estava LOTADO em época de corona vírus. Não tinha distânciamento de cadeira, eu com bebê no colo fiquei 1h aguardando, pois a consulta eatava mega atrasada e fiquei do lado de fora. Nenhum plano de ação pra isso, tipo aguardar na recepção pra subir poucas pessoas e em segurança. Médica maravilhosa, sem queixas, mas uma recepcionista foi mal educada com meu irmão. Amil permite agendamento dessa forma e a clínica aceita, pondo em risco as pessoas. Não sou segurada Amil.
I took my baby to a doctor's appointment and the place was PACKED at the time of corona virus. There was no chair distance, I had a baby on my lap for 1 hour, because the appointment was very late and I was outside. No action plan for that, like waiting at the reception to get a few people up safely. Wonderful doctor, no complaints, but a receptionist was rude to my brother. Amil allows scheduling in this way and the clinic accepts it, putting people at risk. I am not insured Amil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDITADO Passei o pior dos constrangimentos com a recepção desse lugar!!! Não recomendo pra ninguem!! Fizeram eu perder minha consulta burlando todo o procedimento e ainda fui destratada pela recepção!!! Atrasaram no atendimento e ainda me registraram com horario em atraso e jogaram como se eu tivesse chegado atrasada, pois olhem la nas cameras, busquem por horarios, se informem melhor e registrem cada passo!! A clinica esta de parabens pela falta de profissionalidade!! Estou decepcionada, perdi minha consulta porque disseram que a medica não iria atender pelo atraso, e eu NÃO CHEGUEI ATRASADA.

E o que me adiantou chegar no horario se me registraram atrasada? Nada né. Vocês verificam as cameras ou algo relacionado? Porque se verem eu estava la no horario, aguardando ser atendida para entregar o meu rg, e mesmo entregando tinha mais 3 na mesa da recepção e a menina sozinha anotando tudo e atendendo mais 4 pessoas. Eu cheguei atrasada mesmo? ou o atendimento na recepção atrasou? A por favor né? Sejam corretos e verdadeiros. Porque eu iria causar sem estar com a razão? Logo eu que não suporto esse tipo de coisa. Fico quieta na minha, mas não venha com injustiça porque eu não admito. E falo mesmo, antes que façam isso com mais pessoas. Ninguem vai no medico pra passear não, se eu estava la é porque eu precisava. Sempre gostei da clinica, dos medicos e principalmente da recepção. Mas perdeu muitos pontos comigo, quando a gente erra, é bonito e humilde assumir o erro. Se me explicassem certinho que errou e registraram depois o meu rg, eu ficaria sim chateada, mas apenas isso, marcaria novamente e iria um outro momento. Mas criar essa historia toda sendo que eu estava lá, achei muita falta de profissionalismo. Errar é humano. Não assumir o erro e jogar para o outro é muito vergonhoso e feio.
Ja adianto, você que chegar na clinica, tenha uma prova pra registrar que chegou principalmente se estiver lotado, porque se não, podera perder a consulta por um atraso que dirão ser seu.

And what good did it do me to arrive on time if they booked me late? Nothing right. Do you check the cameras or something related? Because if they see me I was there on time, waiting to be attended to deliver my rg, and even delivering there were 3 more at the reception table and the girl alone taking notes and attending 4 more people. Was I really late? or the reception service was delayed? A please, right? Be correct and true. Why would I cause without being right? Soon I can't stand this kind of thing. I stay quiet in mine, but don't come with injustice because I don't admit it. And I really do, before they do that to more people. Nobody goes to the doctor to go for a walk, if I was there it was because I needed it. I always liked the clinic, the doctors and especially the reception. But he lost a lot of points with me, when we make mistakes, it is beautiful and humble to assume the mistake. If they explained to me correctly that they made a mistake and later registered my rg, I would be upset, but only that, would mark again and go another moment. I already say, if you arrive at the clinic, have a proof to register that you arrived mainly if it is crowded, because if not, you may miss the appointment due to a delay that they will say is yours.
