Vinha de uma experiência péssima com outra Empresa, que envidraçou a sacada e fez duas coberturas de vidro. A cada chuva meu apartamento alagava, tive estragos no meu piso laminado e armários da cozinha novos. Foram 3 meses de muita espera, ligações e discussões. A tal Empresa não arcou com as garantias e sumiu.
Resolvi contatar outra Empresa, pesquisei muito e tive a sorte de conhecer a Imagem Vidros Decor.
Desde o primeiro contato, a Glaucia e o Edivaldo se mostraram pessoas responsáveis, comprometidas e tiveram empatia com o meu caso. Além de, muito conhecimento técnico. Foram verdadeiros anjos, tudo com excelência: prazo, entrega, instalação, atendimento... E principalmente, SOLUÇÃO.
Após o término da obra, passei por 2 chuvas fortes e nenhuma gotinha escorrendo pela parede, NENHUMA!!!

The Vidros Decor image surpassed my expectations.
He came from a bad experience with another company, which glazed the balcony and made two glass covers. With each rain my apartment flooded, I had damage to my laminate flooring and new kitchen cabinets. There were 3 months of a lot of waiting, calls and discussions. The Company did not meet the guarantees and disappeared.
I decided to contact another company, researched a lot and was lucky to know Imagem Vidros Decor.
Since the first contact, Glaucia and Edivaldo have shown themselves to be responsible, committed and empathetic to my case. Besides, a lot of technical knowledge. They were true angels, all with excellence: deadline, delivery, installation, service ... And above all, SOLUTION.
After finishing the work, I went through 2 heavy rains and no droplets running down the wall, NONE !!!
