★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência que tive hoje. Liguei hoje de manhã e agendei uma visita às 13h e ainda frisei que eu viria do meu trabalho e em meu horário de almoço. Saí do meu trabalho e peguei um taxi para não atrasar. Depois de esperar 10 minutos, entrei em contato com a imobiliária e para a minha surpresa: o funcionário que iria me mostrar o Apto TEVE UM IMPREVISTO E NÃO IRIA CONSEGUIR ME MOSTRar o apto!!!! Ou seja, gastei meu tempo e dinheiro A TOA.
Não recomendo, porque isso pra mim é falta de respeito com o possível inquilino.
E se eu não ligasse pra saber do funcionário, iria ficar mofando ate q horas???
Bad experience I had today. I called this morning and scheduled a visit at 1 pm and also stressed that I would come from my work and on my lunch break. I left my work and took a taxi so as not to be late. After waiting 10 minutes, I got in touch with the real estate and to my surprise: the employee who would show me the apt had an unexpected and could not show me the apt !!!! That is, I spent my time and money TOA.
I do not recommend it, because that to me is disrespectful to the possible tenant.
And if I did not call to know the employee, would be moldy until q hours ???
