★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de encontrar opções legais de presente e o atendimento ter sido bom achei um absurdo o "embrulho para presentes" ser uma mera sacola fechada com um fita bem meia boca. Percebe-se que os produtos são de boa qualidade e os preços não são baratos... podiam fazer uma embalagem pra presente mais apresentável! Peca-se MUITO nesse quesito.
Although I found legal gift options and the service was good, I found it absurd that "gift wrapping" was a mere closed bag with a ribbon and a half mouth. It is noticed that the products are of good quality and the prices are not cheap ... they could make a more presentable gift packaging! There is a LOT of sin in this regard.

Mas essa unidade peca em não fazer restrição de distanciamento social. Fui na véspera de Natal e estava muito cheio! Não tinha nenhuma fila para separar os atendimentos e evitar aglomerações.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhamos um presente da Imaginarium e fomos trocar na loja do Anália Franco. Chegando lá a vendedora disse que não trocavam produtos vendidos em promoção (?). O mais bizarro é que tínhamos a nota que a própria Imaginarium emitiu caso o presente quisesse ser trocado. Aparentemente a gerente está acima da lei de defesa do consumidor ao instaurar regras desse tipo. Trágico.
We got a gift from Imaginarium and went to exchange it at Anália Franco's store. Arriving there, the seller said that they did not exchange products sold on sale (?). The most bizarre thing is that we had the note that Imaginarium itself issued in case the gift wanted to be exchanged. Apparently the manager is above the consumer protection law by instituting such rules. Tragic.
