Cool store, with super fun accessories, just very expensive products leaving something to be desired .. the service has yet to be improved, but also depends a lot on the unit that is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos são legais, mas nada é original da loja, consegue-se comprar de tudo (com preço melhor) dando uma busca na internet. Fique atento ao seu cupom fiscal e confira sua compra ao sair da loja: fui cobrada por uma mercadoria que peguei, vi e devolvi ao local. Só descobri quando cheguei em casa e peguei o cupom fiscal. Foi um parto resolver e ter meu dinheiro de volta.
The products are cool, but nothing is unique to the store, you can buy everything (with a better price) by searching the internet. Look out for your tax coupon and check your purchase when you leave the store: I was charged for merchandise that I took, saw, and returned to the store. I only found out when I got home and got the tax coupon. It was a birthing solution and having my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é legal e tem uma imensidade de artigos de decoração, criatividade é o que não falta por lá. O atendimento é diferenciado, super agradável, um ponto positivo. Já um negativo são os preços, porém isso é relativo e varia de pessoa para pessoa, dependendo do orçamento e de quanto a pessoa está disposta a gastar.
The store is cool and has an abundance of decorative items, creativity is what there is not lacking there. The service is differentiated, super nice, a plus point. Already a negative is the prices, however this is relative and varies from person to person, depending on the budget and how much the person is willing to spend.

The store and the products are great but not worth what you ask for. But the pricing policy is too aggressive and unfair: prices can rise almost 100% from November to December.

Poucos dias depois fui surpreendida com uma msg atenciosa e carinhosa.
Ja era fã da marca mas fiquei ainda mais encantada com a preocupação e o cuidado no pós venda. Com certeza voltarei a loja. Espero ser atendida por ela novamente! :)
I was at the store this month (October 2020) and was attended by a saleswoman named Anna, extremely polite and solicitous.
A few days later I was surprised by an attentive and caring message.
I was already a fan of the brand but I was even more delighted with the concern and care in the after sales. I will definitely return to the store. I hope to be served by her again! :)

Quando fiz uma compra presencial, perguntaram meu número e questionei se meu número seria utilizado para marketing e me foi dito que não. Após isso, recebo mensagens no número pessoal quase semanalmente e continuo recebendo, mesmo após pedir diversas vezes para excluir meu cadastro.
Good gift shop, but with an invasive and unbearable marketing strategy. When I made an in-person purchase, they asked for my number and I asked if my number would be used for marketing and was told no. After that, I get messages on my personal number almost weekly and I keep getting it, even after asking several times to delete my record.

3 just because the girl is nice… but the products are of poor quality, I got a lamp it lasted 1 day Lol, I asked if I had the same problem and she said yes. I wasted my time going back to the store and the answer was calling SAQ
