★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento da Freguesia. As vendedoras ignoram a minha presença na loja, não prestam atendimento ou mesmo um boa tarde, ainda que eu gaste alguns minutos olhando a loja sozinha. E basta entrar uma pessoa com cara de adulto ou de que "vá comprar" as vendedoras já saem atendendo desde o começo. Não sei se é achando que não vou comprar ou distração, porém já aconteceu várias vezes e visto que não está fácil manter um comércio nos dias de hoje, seria bom que elas não julgassem os fregueses e dessem um bom atendimento sem distinção. Perdem vendas desta maneira, pois além de não sentir mais vontade de comprar lá, não indico mais a ninguém. Moro na Freguesia desde que me entendo por gente e vi essa loja abrir, os produtos são lindos, mas infelizmente o atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Ocorreu o mal atendimento no dia 21/12/2018, as 17:15 mais ou menos. Eu pretendia comprar as lembranças de Natal, mas fui totalmente ignorada e precisei recorrer a outro comercio.
Worst service in the parish. The salespeople ignore my presence at the store, do not provide assistance or even a good afternoon, even though I spend a few minutes looking at the store alone. And just enter a person with the face of an adult or who "goes to buy" the salespeople are already answering since the beginning. I do not know if it is thinking that I will not buy or distraction, but it has happened several times and since it is not easy to maintain a store these days, it would be good if they did not judge customers and give good service without distinction. They lose sales in this way, because in addition to not feeling like buying there anymore, I don't recommend anyone else. I live in the parish since I understand myself and I saw this store open, the products are beautiful, but unfortunately the service leaves much to be desired. There was poor service on 12/21/2018, at 17:15 or so. I intended to buy the Christmas souvenirs, but I was totally ignored and had to resort to another trade.
