★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei depois que tinha feito o pix é que avisaram que não tinha o quit para montagem não comseguir falar no telefone quando cheguei na loja fiquei esperando muito tempo e ainda o quit veio tudo com 1.19 sendo que a metragem é 1.20
I didn't like it after I had done the pix is that they warned that they didn't have the quit for assembly I couldn't keep talking on the phone when I arrived at the store I was waiting a long time and still the quit came with 1.19 and the size is 1.20

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra de duas janelas e uma porta, comprei errado( na cor errada ) e fiquei super triste porque achei que não iria conseguir realizar o desejo da minha mãe, porém a atendente foi super eficaz em me ajudar a resolver. Consegui trocar para nossa alegria minha e da esposa. Venda e pós venda excelente !!!
I bought two windows and a door, I bought the wrong one (in the wrong color) and I was super sad because I thought I wouldn't be able to fulfill my mother's wish, but the attendant was super effective in helping me solve it. I managed to exchange for my joy and the wife's. Excellent sales and after sales!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento no WhatsApp é sempre horrível .. vcs podem ver pelos comentários abaixo, são unânimes . Fui pessoalmente lá, o atendimento é pessimo , parece pré requisito ser mau humorado. Pois todas as funcionárias são assim. Mas a pior de todas é uma senhora que eu deduzi ser uma espécie de gerente . Ela é muuito mal educada e atende sempre com ignorância(ja fui na loja mais de 5 vezes por causa do preço).. e felizmente o preço la é muito em conta e eu tenho certeza de que é por isso que eles não faliram pois os preços são baratos.
The service on WhatsApp is always horrible .. you can see from the comments below, they are unanimous. I personally went there, the service is terrible, it seems a prerequisite to be in a bad mood. Because all employees are like that. But worst of all is a lady who I assumed was some sort of manager. She is very rude and always serves with ignorance (I've been to the store more than 5 times because of the price).. and luckily the price there is very affordable and I'm sure that's why they didn't go bankrupt prices are cheap.
