★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando falar com eles sem sucesso. O telefone fixo está desligado, o whatsapp que parece ser o único canal de atendimento custa uma eternidade para se passar um orçamento de exame. Por duas vezes tento contato com eles mais não tem como. Uma pena pois a estrutura deles é boa fui atendida por uma oftalmo atenciosa porém o acolhimento por telefone deixa a desejar.
I'm trying to talk to them with no success. The landline is turned off, the whatsapp that seems to be the only service channel takes forever to pass an exam budget. Twice I try to get in touch with them but there's no way. A pity because their structure is good, I was attended by an attentive ophthalmologist, but the reception by phone leaves something to be desired.

Foi atendida pela dra Natassia campos santa cecilia.CCRM 75O46..dilataram muito os olhos dela sendo que ela tem uma cornea transplantada..apos está consulta com essa doutora , ela esta tendo muito problema com os olhos..ela voltou a clínica para conversar com Doutora e ela não recebeu a Minha esposa so entrgou um papel com endereço de das clínicas de urgência..uma falta de respeito e profissionalismo..vamos acionar essa clínica e essa doutora nos órgãos competentes..

She was attended by Dr. Natassia Campos Santa Cecilia.CCRM 75O46..they dilated her eyes a lot, and she has a transplanted cornea..after this consultation with this doctor, she is having a lot of problems with her eyes..she went back to the clinic to talk. with a Doctor and she did not receive My wife only delivered a paper with the address of the emergency clinics... a lack of respect and professionalism... Let's call this clinic and this doctor in the competent bodies...
