Hoje pela manha fui buscar um exame, as atendentes estavam desocupadas e nao tinha ninguem para prestar atendimento eu estava com pressa para trabalhar e pedi por gentileza se ela podia pegar o resultado, entao ela disse que eu teria que esperar e que ia demorar(sendo que ela nao estava fazendo nada ja que nao tinha nenhum paciente) por fim imprimiram o resultado e fingiram que nao sabiam "dobrar" o papel, jogaram fora um exame e imprimiram outro com a justificativa de que precisava "dobrar" corretamente o papel do exame. Estou extremamente insatisfeita com o atendimento que por sinal foi tudo particular a empresa se queima por contratar funcionarias que estao insatisfeitas com seu proprio trabalho.
Terrible attendance
This morning I went to get an exam, the attendants were unoccupied and there was no one to provide care, I was in a hurry to work and I asked her please if she could get the result, so she said I would have to wait and that it would take time (being that she wasn't doing anything since she didn't have any patients) they finally printed the result and pretended they didn't know how to "fold" the paper, threw away one exam and printed another one with the justification that they needed to correctly "fold" the exam paper . I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, which by the way was all private, the company burns out for hiring employees who are dissatisfied with their own work.
