★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para os proprietários são PÉSSIMOS administradores. Precisei cuidar de tudo, pois a indiferença com meu imóvel foi terrível, o inquilino danificou meu imóvel , e eu precisei fazer toda a faxina porque o DESCASO dessa imobiliária foi total. NÃO INDICO

A Demora para a devolver os alugueis eh impressionante'' não fazem a vistoria, a telefonia esta sempre ocupada e para piorar estão me devendo uma quantia, combinada com o inquilino que saiu antes prazo. Isso não e comportamento de empresa se'ria , muito pelo contrario! Impossível falar com o Dono para fazer as reclamações. Tomara que depois desse desabafo pelo menos eles me paguem o que devem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São impontuais ao depositar o aluguel pago, não se consegue contato com o setor financeiro, nunca se consegue ser atendido pela direção - nem pelo telefone, nem indo ao escritório - e, quando finalmente recebem seus clientes, o ambiente é desconfortável porque os funcionários não tem autorização para ligar o ar condicionado.
Não respeitam seus clientes nem tampouco seus funcionários, que trabalham num ambiente extremamente quente.
They are untimely when depositing the paid rent, you can't get in touch with the financial sector, you never get to be attended by the management - neither by phone, nor by going to the office - and, when you finally receive your customers, the atmosphere is uncomfortable because the employees don't authorized to switch on the air conditioner.
They do not respect their customers or their employees, who work in an extremely hot environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou proprietária de um imóvel alugado pela IMOBI. Todos os meses é um sufoco para eu receber o crédito do aluguel. Nunca consigo falar com ninguém na imobiliária apenas com atendentes de tele marketing que não respondem.
Não recomendo a ninguém essa Adminisrafora.
I own a property rented by IMOBI. Every month it's a stranglehold on me getting the rent credit. I can never talk to anyone at real estate with just unresponsive telemarketers.
I don't recommend this Adminisrafora to anyone.

E APÓS ENTREGAR A CASA, DEVIDAMENTE PINTADA, A ADMINISTRADORA EM QUESTÃO MANDOU UMA RELAÇÃO DE MÓVEIS, DIZENDO QUE ESTAVAM FALTANDO, ATÉ QUADRO DE PINTURA À ÓLEO. NOS ACUSARAM INJUSTAMENTE DE ROUBO. ISSO É MUITO GRAVE. E, ALÉM DISSO, PERICIARAM A CASA QUASE UM MÊS DEPOUS DE NÓS TERMOS SAÍDO, E QUEREM QUE NÓS CORTEMOS A GRAMA DE NOVO. EU E MEU MARIDO ESTAMOS PASSANDO MAL COM ESSAS ACUSAÇÕES LEVIANAS E INVERÍDICAS. SE COUBER AÇÃO, EU VOU ENTRAR.
