★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive lá para negociar uma casa. Eles são vizinhos do Estádio do Pacaembu. O pessoal é simpático, mas me fizeram ofertas que não me agradaram. Jogaram nosso preço lá embaixo. Obviamente não deu negócio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O corretor estava vendendo um apartamento que não tinha a documentação em ordem, o que soubemos só depois de algumas semanas. Perdemos alguns meses, o pessoal da Immobili nos enrolou, dizendo que a documentação já estava saindo, o que não era verdade... Acho imperdoável dizer ao cliente na primeira visita que o apto tem todos os documentos em ordem, deixar nos assinar a papelada e ficar nos enrolando durante tanto tempo. Trocamos inúmeros emails com a imobiliária, inclusive contratamos um advogado nosso para ver se conseguia resolver algo... mas era só perda de tempo. Ficamos muito decepcionados mesmo. Dei 2 estrelas porque, apesar de tudo, achamos o corretor muito simpático e educado. PS. Há mais de 2 anos que isso aconteceu e o apartamento ainda não foi vendido!
The broker was selling an apartment that didn't have the documentation in order, which we only learned after a few weeks. We lost a few months, the Immobili people rolled us up, saying that the documentation was already coming out, which was not true ... I think it is unforgivable to tell the client on the first visit that the fit has all the documents in order, let us sign the paperwork and be around us for so long. We exchanged countless emails with the real estate company, and even hired a lawyer to see if we could solve something ... but it was just a waste of time. We were really disappointed. I gave it 2 stars because, despite everything, we found the broker very friendly and polite. PS. This happened over 2 years ago and the apartment has not yet been sold!
