★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tínhamos um Seguro de aluguel de 5 aluguéis, ao sair do imóvel inventaram tantas coisas que já fazia parte do antigo locatário, tivemos que arrumar, gastar dinheiro em o que já estava com defeito quando entramos para morar, assistisso serve de alerta para outras pessoas não cair no mesmo problema que tivemos arrumar o que não foi vc que quebrou, muito descaso em resolver , por fim o dinheiro que tínhamos lá não pegamos nem 2 aluguéis porque pedimos antes do prazo para não aplicar o dinheiro e eles aplicaram sem autorização por fim a empresa Porto Seguro ficou com quase 350,00 por causa da incompetência da Imobiliária Aliança .. pessoal tome muito cuidado com imobiliárias que querem fazer você consertar defeitos de antigos locatários e deixar o imóvel de outras pessoas novinho em folha as custas de outros..NUNCA MAIS ENTRO EM UMA IMOBILIÁRIA COMO ESSA, PARA VOCÊ ALUGAR FAZEM DE TUDO, PARA VC SAIR INVENTAM MIL COISAS PARA VC REFORMAR DEFEITOS DO IMÓVEL.... CUIDADOOOOOOO
Good we had a rental insurance of 5 rents, when leaving the property they invented so many things that were already part of the old renter, we had to clean up, to spend money in what was already defective when we go to live, it serves as alert to other people not fall into the same problem that we had to fix what was not you broke, very unwilling to settle, finally the money we had there we did not even get 2 rents because we asked before the deadline not to apply the money and they applied without authorization at last the company Porto Seguro got almost 350.00 because of the incompetence of the Real Estate Alliance .. staff take great care with real estate agents who want to make you fix defects of old renters and leave the property of other people brand new at the expense of others .. NEVER AGAIN IN A REAL ESTATE LIKE THAT, FOR YOU RENT DO OF EVERYTHING, FOR YOU TO LEASE INVENTAM THOUSAND THINGS FOR YOU TO REFORM DEFECTS OF THE PROPERTY .... CAREOOOOOOOO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da proprietária da imob, falou que estaria tudo certo com o caução e depois só aceitava com o seguro fiança (onde embolsa mais de 2000 mil reais, e não tem devolução do seu dinheiro), trata com grosseria, porém tem uma ótima funcionária.
Proprietário dos apartamentos, seus apartamentos não estão sendo locados por falta de competência da imobiliária.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo para inquilinos, enquanto você mora é difícil atenderem suas queixas e reclamações. Quando vai sair tentam de tudo para você fazer além do que é sua parte por exemplo todas minhas queixas quanto ao laudo inicial, eu tive que ficar relembrando e mesmo assim foram irredutíveis quanto a pintura que já estava suja e lascada. E agora, depois de “sanarem” uma dúvida no começo do mês de março, que eu só precisaria pagar o aluguel referente ao mês de fevereiro; querem me fazer pagar o preço cheio pelo condomínio que irá vencer só daqui 15 dias (15/04) e mais um aluguel (março). Infelizmente os prints não estão indo. Como estão com um calção meu, querem quitar as coisas dele.
