Conheço os donos , Sr Assis e sua esposa, a recepcionista Simone, Rodrigo o responsável pelas casas e outros. Todos agem com a máxima eficiência. Moro no Nordeste e não me preocupo com as casas, pois estão na imobiliária certa !
 I've been working with them for 20 years, and I can say, I don't know more competent and reliable real estate! I know the owners, Mr Assis and his wife, the receptionist Simone, Rodrigo the person in charge of the houses and others. Everyone acts with maximum efficiency. I live in the Northeast and I don't care about the houses, because they are in the right real estate!

Minha mulher sofreu uma amputação da perna e atrasei um aluguel devido a despesas médicas mas não se sensibilizaram ao menos para reduzir o juros do atraso e em meio a pandemia de Coronavirus não aceitaram nenhum tipo de acordo sendo que o ponto comercial estava proibido de abrir me forçando a entregar o ponto, mandei diversas mensagens questionando o valor para efetuar o pagamento mas não me responderam com o intuito de cobrar outro mês de aluguel.
Nunca mais alugo nada por essa imobiliária
Has no empathy for those who rent.
My wife suffered a leg amputation and I delayed a rental due to medical expenses but they were not even aware of it to reduce the interest on the delay and in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic they did not accept any type of agreement and the commercial point was forbidden to open me forcing me to deliver the point, I sent several messages questioning the amount to make the payment but they did not answer me in order to charge another month of rent.
I never rent anything for this real estate again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, quando decidi sair da casa e entregar a chave, não falaram todos os procedimentos a serem feitos somente falaram quando eu tomei a iniciativa de perguntar qual era cada passo e ainda falaram de picadinho. Tudo isso para contar dias a mais no último aluguel e tirarem mais dinheiro.
Nunca atrasei aluguel sempre paguei tudo certo.
Lousy service, when I decided to leave the house and hand over the key, they didn't talk about all the procedures to be done, they only talked when I took the initiative to ask what each step was and they even talked about mincemeat. All this to count more days in the last rent and get more money.
I never delayed rent I always paid everything right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando uma estrela apenas pq se eu não der estrelas não consigo comentar, mas minha avaliação pra essa imobiliária e seus funcionários seria 0.
Essa imobiliária não tem o mínimo respeito com inquilino ,faz de tudo para prejudicar, só corre a favor dos proprietários e nos enrolam com vistoria, segurando o imóvel e colocando defeitos onde não tem, tudo isso para empurrar os pintores deles ( cobrando uma fortuna da gente) aluguei um imóvel a dois anos atrás( imóvel já com vários problemas, desde infiltracao, até ralos entupidos no quintal que em toda chuva apagava o quintal inteiro, fora problemas em fechaduras de portas) e após muita inflexibilidade do proprietário e da imobiliária o mesmo nos pediu o imóvel no fim do contrato( venceria em julho e nos deu 30 dias para desocupar "amigavelmente ") desocupamos o imóvel ontem e mesmo após termos pintado o imóvel inteiro a imobiliária não aprovou na vistoria e está nos obrigando a pintar de novo.
Fora todos esses transtornos, ainda somos obrigados a lidar com os funcionários que são mega mal educados, entram no imóvel quando tem mais casas no quintal ( e estejam para alugar) sem nem ao menos pedir licença e te tratam super mal no proprio imovel que vc esta pagando e outros funcionários que nunca sabem de nada para informar o inquilino ou intermediar entre o proprietário e a gente que está pagando.
Sinceramente não indico essa imobiliária para ninguém, eles têm sim casas muito boas em nosso bairro, mas que não vale de nada todo estresse que você irá passar quando alugar....
I'm giving a star just because if I don't give stars I can't comment, but my rating for this real estate company and its employees would be 0.
This real estate company has no respect for tenants, it does everything to harm, it only runs in favor of the owners and they wrap us up with inspection, holding the property and putting defects where it doesn't have, all this to push their painters (charging a fortune from I rented a property two years ago (property already with several problems, from infiltration, to clogged drains in the yard that erased the entire yard in all rain, outside problems with door locks) and after a lot of inflexibility by the owner and the real estate agent. even asked us for the property at the end of the contract (it would expire in July and gave us 30 days to vacate "amicably") we vacated the property yesterday and even after we painted the entire property the real estate agent did not approve it in the inspection and is forcing us to repaint .
Apart from all these inconveniences, we are still obliged to deal with employees who are mega-rude, enter the property when there are more houses in the yard (and are about to rent) without even asking for permission and treat you very badly in the property you own it is paying and other employees who never know anything to inform the tenant or to mediate between the owner and the people who are paying.
I honestly do not recommend this real estate to anyone, they do have very good houses in our neighborhood, but that is not worth all the stress that you will spend when renting ....

Nao é exclusividade desta imobiliaria, ja que a maioria das pequenas nao entendeu ainda que o dinheiro vem de quem aluga, nao o contrario.
Nao recomendo.
I've been twice to rent a property with real estate, however I gave up on account of the bad service.
It is not exclusive to this real estate company, since most of the small companies have not yet understood that the money comes from those who rent, not the other way around.
I do not recommend.
