★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não anunciam todos os imóveis no site. Alguns apenas no Facebook, como se todo mundo tivesse Facebook. Sendo que no site é muito mais simples e direto. E custam a tirar o anúncio depois de negociar o imóvel. Ficaram com telefone desligado. Resultado : tive de deslocar até a imobiliária pra descobrir q o imóvel já havia sido alugado.
Do not advertise all properties on the site. Some just on Facebook, as if everyone had Facebook. Being on the site is much simpler and more direct. And they cost to take the ad after negotiating the property. They got their phone off. Result: I had to move to the real estate to find out that the property had already been rented.
