★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A única da região que expõe fotos dos imóveis na própria loja. Vou tirar uma estrela pois hoje fui lá, e meu imóvel não estava sendo anunciado no mural. Também não recebi nenhuma oferta ou visita desde que deixei meu apartamento com eles, e isso já fazem 2 anos. Outra estrela tiro, pois eles demoram para atualizar as informações, meses atrás informei que havia abaixado o valor, e num contato recente, informaram que o valor ainda era o antigo.
The only one in the region that displays photos of properties in the store. I'm going to take a star because I went there today, and my property wasn't being advertised on the wall. I haven't received any offers or visits since I left my apartment with them, and it's been 2 years now. Another star shot, because they take time to update the information, months ago I informed that I had lowered the value, and in a recent contact, they informed that the value was still the old one.

O inquilino nao está pagando as contas de água e luz, o nome do meu esposo foi para o Serasa e cartório de protesto e até agora a imobiliária não quitou os débitos.
Estou aguardando providências urgente.
I put a house for rent in this real estate but the administration left a lot to be desired.
The tenant is not paying the water and electricity bills, my husband's name went to the Serasa and protest office and so far the real estate agency has not paid off the debts.
