 I've been trying to get in touch for days... landline, the recording says send whatsapp... on whatsapp, NOBODY EVER answers!
When I signed the contract it was perfect, now that I need information... NOBODY helps me!
Rent ALL PAID ON TIME!
Totally dissatisfied!

Sempre que tento contactar a livehere tento mandar email (mas sou ignorado), tento ligar (mas o telefole esta programado para não receber ligações), tento mandar mensagem para 4 números diferentes salvos e no final me passam para outro... E mesmo assim o problema não é 100% resolvido.
Repito: péssimo. Não recomendo à ninguém. Se estiver procurando imóvel para alugar em Barão Geraldo, recomendo procurar outra imobiliária ou falar diretamente com o(a) proprietário(a).
Terrible. Whenever I try to contact livehere, I try to send an email (but I get ignored), I try to call (but the phone is programmed not to receive calls), I try to send a message to 4 different saved numbers and in the end I get transferred to another one... And even then the problem is not 100% solved.
I repeat: bad. I don't recommend it to anyone. If you are looking for a property to rent in Barão Geraldo, I recommend looking for another realtor or talking directly to the owner.

They are great for putting you inside the properties and terrible for leaving, they don't answer emails or whatsapp, I've been trying to contact someone for days and I can't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corra dessa imobiliária, atrasam o repasse, não informam da saída dos inquilinos, não respondem. Sempre te passam alguma desculpa para desorganização deles. Procure uma imobiliária séria e fuja da livehere.
Run from this real estate agency, they delay the transfer, they don't inform about the departure of the tenants, they don't respond. They always give you some excuse for their disorganization. Look for a serious realtor and run away from livehere.

A geladeira que eles fornecem parou de funcionar, sendo q provavelmente está na garantia do concerto que foi feito antes da entrega da chave. Minha alimentação tá sendo comprometida e não tenho onde deixar os alimentos que estão estragando.
I'm their tenant and I've been trying to contact the real estate for two days with no response. The refrigerator they provide has stopped working, and it is probably under warranty for the repair that was made before the key was delivered. My diet is being compromised and I have nowhere to leave the foods that are spoiling.

Preciso da troca do chuveiro urgente .Depois Que assina contrato não de dao respaudo nenhum descaso total com o cliente.
My experience is being bad, I rented the property there in Barao for 1 week, I have problems with the shower, and the contact is made by Whatsapp and no one responds to the messages if they want to give satisfaction. I need to change the shower urgently. After signing the contract, I don't give any total negligence to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou quase acreditando que a empresa é fantasma. Um lixo de imobiliária, nunca vi uma comunicação tão ruim como a desse lugar, é praticamente impossível conversar com alguém. O processo de entrada no imóvel foi a maior agilidade mas o processo de saída é quase impossível de ser finalizado, além de virem com cobrança que nem consta no contrato.
I'm almost believing the company is a ghost. A real estate rubbish, I've never seen communication as bad as the one in this place, it's practically impossible to talk to someone. The process of entering the property was the most agile but the exit process is almost impossible to complete, in addition to coming with a charge that is not even mentioned in the contract.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porquê será, que temos, para cada uma mensagem de elogio, nove mensagens de INSATISFAÇÃO, referente aos comentários na página? Estamos há mais de um mês tentando, como PROPRIETÁRIOS de imóvel administrado pela LIVEHERE, contato para a resolução de não pagamento de rescisão de contrato de aluguel, que é obrigação da vossa empresa regularizar, já que vocês é quem celebraram o contrato de aluguel. Já fomos atendidos por 3 atendentes, que ficam "trocando" o nosso caso entre si e nos "enrolando" e perguntando "se temos dúvidas", com total desrespeito ao cliente. Os telefones não atendem, as respostas demoram até 1 semana e são sempre evasivas. Fica claramente denotado que os atendentes da LiveHere querem nos vencer pela falta de paciência, mas, vocês é quem se cansarão, pois levaremos este caso até as últimas consequências. Descaso total, falta de profissionalismo e respeito pelo cliente. A decisão quanto a judicialização do caso, é de vocês. Fica um alerta para àqueles que tem relação comercial com esta empresa.

We have been trying for more than a month, as OWNERS of a property managed by LIVEHERE, to contact you for the resolution of non-payment of termination of the rental agreement, which is your company's obligation to regularize, since you are the one who signed the rental agreement. We have already been attended by 3 attendants, who are "exchanging" our case among themselves and "rolling" us and asking "if we have questions", with total disrespect to the customer. The phones do not answer, the answers take up to 1 week and are always evasive. It is clearly denoted that the LiveHere attendants want to beat us for the lack of patience, but you are the ones who will get tired, because we will take this case to the last consequences. Total neglect, lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. The decision regarding the judicialization of the case is yours. It is a warning for those who have a business relationship with this company.
