★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliaria, minha experiencia foi péssima e não indicaria a ninguem, aluguel um apartamento no Residencial Jardim Botanico em Hortolandia, a imobiliaria nao me passava os acessos das areas em comum do condominio e que se faz necerraria reserva prévia para uso, tinhamos que pedir para outros moradores reservar para que pudessemos usar, e de tanto insistir descobriamos que nao haviam sido repassado nosso pagamento ao condominio, ou seja pagavamos mas nao podiamos usar, e mais, nao emitem boletos, recebimentos restritos a um unico banco e por vezes tinha que sacar uma quantia alta e levar pessoalmente no escritorio porque eles sao inflexiveis. Entao pense bem.
Péssima imobiliaria, my experience was terrible and would not indicate to anyone, rent an apartment in the Residencial Jardim Botanico in Hortolandia, the imobiliaria did not pass me the access of the common areas of the condominium and that it makes pre-reservation for use, we had to ask for other residents reserved so we could use, and from so much insist we discovered that we had not been transferred our payment to the condominium, ie we paid but could not use, and more, do not issue tickets, receipts restricted to a single bank and sometimes had to withdraw a high amount and personally take in the desk because they are inflexible. So think hard.
