★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com a imobiliária. Te entregam o imóvel em uma condição e exigem que devolva novo. Pra entrar é coisa fácil, mas pra sair sem condições. Não me auxiliaram quando estava no imóvel, não tinha liberdade nem pra deixar uma carne pra descongelar, por que os gatos entravam no meu apartamento e comiam. Não tive segurança nenhuma já que os ex inquilinos ficavam com a chave e frequentavam (constantemente) o local. Pra piorar ainda tinha "gato" na energia de luz, sempre alertamos sobre o caso mas nada foi feito.
Não recomendo.
Bad experience with real estate. You are given the property in a condition and required to return it again. It's easy to get in, but to get out with no conditions. They didn't help me when I was on the property, I wasn't even free to leave some meat to defrost, because the cats came into my apartment and ate. I didn't have any security as the former tenants kept the key and frequented (constantly) the place. To make matters worse there was still "cat" in the light energy, we always warned about the case but nothing was done.
I do not recommend.
