★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos!! Nunca me deram a cópia do contrato, sempre ficou para depois, estou tentando receber o depósito, e é praticamente impossível!!! Desconfie! Procure outra imobiliária de maior porte e competência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lixo de imobiliária, o dono mal educado sem qualquer respeito ao seus clientes, tive problemas na casa que estou morando, liguei pra ele já várias vezes e só fala que tá atendendo cliente, outra hora está saindo pra resolver problemas é me manda ir falar com o proprietário, mais como assim? Se fosse pra falar com proprietário da casa eu não teria alugado pela imobiliária. Resumindo não aluguem nessa imobiliária, procurem outra.... Lixo dos lixos em tudo se falando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente antiéticos, mal educados, desde o proprietário (que só se fez de simpático quando ameaçamos ir no creci, denunciar sobre essas patricas abusivas) até a secretária, não recomendo a ninguém, sumiram com a chave do meu apto, ninguém se responsabiliza, alegam que um terceiro pegou, sendo que os proprietários são meus pais e nenhum dos dois deu autorização pra terceiro algum e não tinham documentos assinado pelos respectivo terceiro que pegou as chaves, tive que chamar um chaveiro, e o valor gasto não foi reembolsado, fora a cara de pau de tentar alugar a minha vaga de garagem e ficar com o dinheiro, sendo que o apto já não está mais disponível pra aluguel ou venda nesse estacionamento que se entitula por "imobiliária", e sem contar a advogada responsável que faz toda papelada que se recusa a dar a prestação de contas aos proprietários, cada visita com uma desculpa diferente e muito esfarrapada, do tipo "vou ao banco e já volto", "saiu pra almoçar", coisas do gênero! Andei pela região pra saber a respeito de valores, vizinhança e nenhum comércio ou pessoa indicou essa imobiliária! Não recomendo a ninguém os serviços dessa dra e nem essa imobiliária!
Totally unethical, rude, from the owner (who only took kindness when we threatened to go in the creci, report on these abusive patricians) to the secretary, I do not recommend to anyone, disappeared with the key of my apt, nobody takes responsibility, claim that a third party took, and the owners are my parents and neither gave permission to any third party and had no documents signed by the third party who took the keys, I had to call a keychain, and the amount spent was not refunded, apart from I was trying to rent my parking space and keep the money, and the fit is no longer available for rent or sale in this parking lot that is titled "real estate", and not to mention the responsible lawyer who does all the paperwork. refuses to give the owners accountability, each visit with a different and very lame excuse, like "I'm going to the bank and I'll be back", "went out to lunch", coi sas of the genre! I walked around the region to know about values, neighborhood and no trade or person indicated this real estate! I do not recommend to anyone the services of this dra and this real estate!
