Atendimento ruim.
Queria fazer seguro fiança cobraram 6 mil pela porto e queriam que pagasse a vista.
Entrei em contato com a Porto e me passaram o valor bem menor 921,00 e falaram que a porto não obriga a pagar a vista. Agiram de má fé.
Resolvi aceitar o caução, quando fui pega o contrato pra revisar, queriam que assinasse o próprio contrato pra poder retirar o contrato, informei que não assinaria e só tirei foto e fui embora. Enviei pra um colega advogado que revisou e me alertou sobre as cláusulas e que não indicava fechar com esta corretora devido aos diversos problemas que já estava causando e pelo contrato mal formulado que não visa os direitos de quem está querendo alugar o local.
Não recomendo pra ninguém. Leiam bem antes de assinar qualquer coisa, se obrigarem a assinar denunciem eles.

Bad service.
I wanted to take out surety bonds, they charged 6,000 for the port and wanted me to pay in cash.
I got in touch with Porto and they gave me a much lower price of 921.00 and they said that Porto does not oblige to pay cash. They acted in bad faith.
I decided to accept the security deposit, when I was picked up to review the contract, they wanted me to sign the contract itself so I could withdraw the contract, I informed them that I would not sign and I just took a photo and left. I sent it to a fellow lawyer who reviewed and warned me about the clauses and that he did not indicate closing with this brokerage due to the various problems it was already causing and the poorly formulated contract that does not address the rights of those who are wanting to rent the place.
I don't recommend it to anyone. Read well before signing anything, if you are forced to sign, denounce them.
