★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo ! Vi um anúncio de um imóvel para locar e entrei em contato via telefone a qual fui informada q deveria passar na Imobiliaria para pegar as chaves do imóvel para visita. Chegando lá fui super mal atendida e fui informada que as chaves não estavam lá ! Perdi viagem pois deveriam ter me informado pelo tel o q não aconteceu . A sra me indicou outros imóveis porém com uma má vontade que só pelo fato da má conduta resolvi descartar qualquer imóvel intermediado por essa Imobiliaria !
Terrible ! I saw an advertisement for a property to rent and I contacted by phone which I was informed that I should go to the Real Estate to get the keys of the property to visit. Arriving there I was super poorly attended and I was informed that the keys were not there! I lost trip because they should have informed me by tel what did not happen. You pointed me to other properties but with a bad will that just because of the misconduct I decided to discard any property intermediated by this Real Estate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, entregaram chave errada para visita do imóvel, passam informação errada por telefone, só me fizeram perder tempo.
Bad service, they gave the wrong key to visit the property, they give wrong information over the phone, they just wasted my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa imobiliária é péssima. Só dei duas estrelas pq foi ágil pra locar. Mas depois qd a gente mais precisava deles, eles só sabiam ignorar o problema. O teto de gesso do banheiro estava rachando e pingando com risco de uma possível queda... e eles nem aí! Nem foram ver o q estava acontecendo. E duvido muito se eles informaram sobre isso pro proprietário.
Eu com meu filho recém nascido e me recuperando de uma cesariana morria de medo daquele teto cair na minha cabeça enquanto dava banho nele.
Daí depois de uns 3 meses a próprietaria do andar de cima finalmente foi ver ja que ela tava reformando... enfim, o pedreiro dela foi ver, eu avisei a Chaves que teria que quebrar o teto pra ver da onde tava vindo a infiltração... e eles continuaram nem aí pro problema!
Um completo descaso conosco. Sem mencionar que nos enganaram sobre a vaga do automóvel, coisa que sô descobrimos depois da mudança.
Essa imobiliária foi tão ruim conosco que na rescisão eles acionaram o seguro fiança e ficamos dois anos pagando uma multa por culpa daquela dona Ricardina que nao deu o suporte que deveria nos ter dado.
This real estate is terrible. I only gave two stars because it was agile to rent. But after we most needed them, they only knew how to ignore the problem. The plaster ceiling of the bathroom was cracking and dripping with risk of a possible fall ... and they did not care! Neither went to see what was happening. And I highly doubt if they reported it to the owner.
I with my newborn son and recovering from a cesarean section would die of fear that the ceiling would fall on my head while I showered it.
Then after about 3 months the owner of the upstairs finally went to see that she was reforming ... anyway, her mason went to see, I warned Chaves that he would have to break the ceiling to see where the infiltration was coming. .. and they did not even care!
A complete disregard for us. Not to mention that they deceived us about the automobile slot, which we only discovered after the change.
This real estate was so bad with us that at the termination they triggered the surety bond and we spent two years paying a fine because of that Mrs. Ricardina who did not give the support that she should have given us.

A very bad service ... they just do not give clear information and the owner does not pay attention .... very bad, I really do not recommend it ..
