Gostaria de expressar o quanto me dá uma tristeza quando uma imobiliária tão idônea na cidade se presta a trabalhar de uma forma tão desrespeitosa com as pessoas que gostariam de alugar casa atravéz deles. Primeiramente o atendimento não acontece atravéz de um corretor somente atravéz da recepcionista que no caso atua passando informações sobre casas. E notavelmente a mesma não consegue dar conta de atender a todos pois se vê que faz trabalho que não é dela, com isso se tem informações rasas sobre casa e contrato. Segundo, quando você vê uma casa para alugar e se pede as informações para fechar negócio simplesmente se descobre que a colonial não trabalha com caução, somente com seguro fiança (que acaba sendo um roubo descarado) ou com fiador (que nos dias atuais nem família se presta mais a este favor), com isso impossibilitando muita gente honesta e morador itupevense desde sempre de fazer um bom negócio. Acho isso uma venda casada e uma vergonha para os negócios da cidade. É muito insatisfatório ver uma casa para alugar e ver placa desta imobiliária pois sei que não vale a pena fechar negócio com eles pois eles mesmos complicam as coisas. Aposto com certeza que se o intuito fosse comprar estenderam até um tapete vermelho mas como é para alugar o negócio é de qualquer jeito.
I would like to give zero stars but you need to give at least one to comment. I would like to express how much it makes me sad when such a reputable realtor in the city lends itself to working in such a disrespectful way with people who would like to rent a house through them. Firstly, the service does not happen through a broker, only through the receptionist who, in this case, acts by passing information about houses. And remarkably, she is not able to attend to everyone because it is seen that she does work that is not hers, with this she has shallow information about the house and contract. Second, when you see a house for rent and you ask for information to close a deal, you simply discover that the colonial does not work with a bond, only with surety bond (which ends up being a blatant theft) or with a guarantor (which nowadays, neither family lends itself more to this favor), thus making it impossible for many honest people and resident of Itupeense since always to do a good deal. I think this is a tie-up and an embarrassment to the city's businesses. It is very unsatisfying to see a house for rent and see the sign of this real estate company because I know that it is not worth doing business with them because they complicate things themselves. I bet for sure that if the intention was to buy, they even extended a red carpet but as it is for rent, the business is anyway.
