★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trocaram as chaves do portão do prédio durante o período de férias e não entraram em contato para avisar (nem por e-mail, mensagem, ligação…nada!). Cheguei em uma noite e fiquei na rua, sem ter para onde ir.
Um total descaso e falta de respeito com o cliente, durante 5 anos nunca atrasei meu aluguel.
 They changed the keys to the building's gate during the holiday period and did not contact us to advise (neither by email, message, connection ... anything!). I arrived one night and stayed in the street, with nowhere to go.
A total neglect and lack of respect with the customer, for 5 years I never delayed my rent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente péssimo. Durante a pandemia MAIS DE 5 bicicletas foram roubadas no prédio verdinho N° 16 do Coqueirão. E a imobiliária não fez nada para nos ajudar. Não troca os cadeados do portão, não coloca câmeras.. não faz N A D A.
Simply terrible. During the pandemic, MORE than 5 bicycles were stolen in the green building N ° 16 of Coqueirão. And the real estate agent did nothing to help us. Do not change the gate locks, do not put cameras .. do not do N A D A.
