★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma locação com a imobiliária de um imóvel completamente sem estrutura. Tudo o que fizeram foram pintar, No decorrer da estadia no imóvel, partes das molduras da porta começaram a cair, inclusive machucando pessoas da família. Reclamações foram feitas e nada resolvido.
3 meses após o ocorrido a segura entra em contato cobrando um valor absurdo para quitação da pintura da casa. Isso sendo que nunca recebi vistoria de saída, contato para ajuste de quaisquer defeito que tenha ficado na casa. Apenas uma cobrança de valor extremamente abusivo por parte dessa imobiliária.
Não recomendo de forma alguma!
Edit: Continuem mentindo, afinal, é assim que vocês mantém isso de "boa imobiliária". Desonestos, péssimos!
 I leased a property completely without structure with the real estate agency. All they did was paint. During their stay at the property, parts of the door frames began to fall off, including hurting family members. Complaints were made and nothing resolved.
3 months after the event, the insurance company gets in touch, charging an absurd amount to pay off the house's painting. This being that I have never received an exit inspection, contact to adjust any defect that may have remained in the house. Just an extremely abusive charge by this real estate agency.
I don't recommend it at all!
Edit: Keep lying, after all, this is how you keep it to "good real estate". Dishonest, lousy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Péssimo atendimento aos interessados a uma locação, corretores sem nenhuma educação. Voce liga no telefone , eles demoram dias para dar um retorno. Falta de compromisso , responsabilidade e interesse. O inquilino que quiser colocar a casa para a locação nessa imobiliária , vai acabar sendo prejudicado. Eles não se esforçam nem o mínimo para locar as casas. TOTAL DESCASO.
I do not recommend. Terrible service to those interested in a lease, brokers with no education. You call them on the phone, they take days to get back to you. Lack of commitment, responsibility and interest. The tenant who wants to put the house for lease in this real estate agency, will end up being harmed. They don't even make the slightest effort to rent houses. TOTAL DISREGARD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior imobiliária que já vi, pra exigências na hora da locação são experts, mas na hora de cumprirem com o contrato fazem pouco caso.
Fiz um título de capitalização, com devolução do valor exigido (5 aluguéis) no final do contrato. Aí que entra a burocracia, exigem mil e uma coisas pra que não seja devolvido o valor, e a falta de comprometimento dos funcionários é a pior parte, pois você fica na mão deles, e rezando pra que tenham um pingo de profissionalismo pra que as coisas sejam resolvidas. Péssima experiência.
Worst real estate I've ever seen, for requirements at the time of the lease they are experts, but when it comes to complying with the contract, they take little notice.
I made a capitalization bond, with return of the required amount (5 rentals) at the end of the contract. That's where the bureaucracy comes in, they demand a thousand and one things so that the amount is not returned, and the lack of commitment of the employees is the worst part, because you are in their hands, and praying that they have a shred of professionalism so that the things get resolved. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 anos da melhor experiência que pude ter na vida com imobiliária, isso pq já alugamos 4 imóveis nesse período com a Danieli.
A atenção e cuidado em atender bem, para suprir a necessidade do cliente que vai de realizar o sonho de alugar para abrir uma empresa, até a locação de uma casa para ser nosso Lar, são impecáveis.
Recomendo mil vezes de olhos fechados.
E claro, Danielle Maia (corretora), eu desconheço alguém capaz de atender nossas necessidades tão bem quanto você!
6 years of the best experience I could have in my life with real estate, this is because we have already rented 4 properties in this period with Danieli.
The attention and care in serving well, to meet the needs of the customer who goes from fulfilling the dream of renting to opening a business, to leasing a house to be our Home, are impeccable.
I recommend it a thousand times with my eyes closed.
And of course, Danielle Maia (broker), I don't know anyone capable of meeting our needs as well as you!
