★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima administração, péssimo atendimento ao cliente. Morosidade para resolver os problemas que vieram no próprio imóvel antes da casa ser alugada. Soluções a base de gambiarra, visando o menor preço ao invés da qualidade. Não recomendo de nenhuma forma. A única forma de proatividade que mostra é para agilizar o processo de compra e cobrar o aluguel. Para cumprir as próprias responsabilidades é uma luta em que quem sempre perde é o cliente.
 Bad administration, bad customer service. Delays in solving the problems that came with the property itself before the house was rented. Solutions based on workaround, aiming at the lowest price instead of quality. I don't recommend it in any way. The only form of proactivity it shows is to streamline the purchase process and collect the rent. To fulfill one's responsibilities is a struggle in which the customer is the one who always loses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrível, e infelizmente tenho q aguentar, até acabar o contrato, n dar nenhum suporte p o proprietário do imóvel, pelo telefone n podem atender, q tem q ser pelo Whatsapp, envio msg, n responde, e qdo resolve a responder é p dizer " q vai consultar o setor responsável" e esse é a solução deles, pq depois dessa frase, n tenho mais respostas. infelizmente n tem opção 0, pq até 0 é muito p o atendimento dessa imobiliária?????
horrible, and unfortunately I have to put up with it, until the contract ends, not giving any support to the owner of the property, they can't answer by phone, which has to be by Whatsapp, I send a message, no answer, and when you decide to answer it's to say " q will consult the responsible sector" and this is their solution, because after that sentence, I have no more answers. unfortunately there is no option 0, because even 0 is too much for the service of this real estate ?????

Na verdade eu entreguei toda a documentação final no dia 1° de fevereiro e me deram o prazo de 30 dias para devolver meu caução. Tive que cobrar dia 4 de março e quando veio o detalhamento vieram me cobrar indevidamente a parte do condomínio que eu já havia pago. Contestei e mandei os comprovantes no dia 7 de março e desde então não me deram nenhum retorno, mesmo depois de ter entrado em contato. Aí depois de muito sacrifício e de muita reclamação, finalmente consegui reaver meu dinheiro de volta no dia 23 de março. A imobiliária ainda vem mentir aqui e se passar por correta manipulando as informações... Daí você tira como é o atendimento e o cuidado com o cliente!!

In fact, I delivered all the final documentation on February 1st and they gave me 30 days to return my deposit. I had to charge on March 4th and when the details came, they unduly charged me the part of the condominium that I had already paid. I objected and sent the receipts on March 7th and since then they have not given me any response, even after I contacted them. Then after a lot of sacrifice and a lot of complaining, I finally managed to get my money back on March 23rd. The real estate company still comes to lie here and pretend to be correct manipulating the information... Then you take away how the customer service and care is!!
