Moral da história: não consegui consultar o valor do imóvel que me interessou. Fico pensando nos proprietários que, muitas vezes não conseguem vender seus imóveis por situações como esta...
"Este foi o primeiro comentário que postei, ao identificar uma placa desta imobiliária no local. De fato, tive o retorno do sr. Nelson, porém, o mesmo desconhecia a administração do imóvel mencionado, apesar da placa anexada.
Hoje, 08/03/19, recebi uma nova ligação do sr. Nelson que mencionou a possibilidade de um corretor que não trabalha mais na imobiliária, ter colocado a placa, porém, não cadastrou o imóvel no sistema. Desse modo, agradeci o retorno, bem como os esclarecimentos pertinentes ao imóvel.
Contudo, lendo a crítica do proprietário da imobiliária, também no dia de hoje, percebi que o mesmo não compreendeu o conteúdo do meu comentário. Sendo assim, apenas para esclarecimento: havia uma placa da imobiliária Mediz, sim (que já foi explicado) e, até então, eu não havia tido o atendimento mencionado (nem o oferecimento de outros imóveis, tampouco informações sobre o imóvel da rua Horácio Romeu). Hoje, 08/03/19, recebi todas as informações sobre o referido imóvel, bem como a disponibilidade de outros, na mesma região.
Assim, agradeço o retorno."
