Lousy service, you speak on Whatsapp they see and do not respond, give mismatched information and after a long time they said that the apartment I wanted to rent was not in condition, 2 weeks of my time requested, documents sent and nothing resolved! I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já estou há 1 ano morando no Ideal Center 2 e durante esse tempo não tive sossego com os inúmeros problemas apresentados pela estrutura do prédio. A imobiliária, que deveria ser a responsável pelo concerto, faz um mal serviço. Moradores de rua invadindo o prédio, infiltrações diversas, vazamentos que inundam cômodos, portões quebrados, encanamento entupido, cheiro de esgoto que sobe pelos ralos, nada disso é resolvido em tempo satisfatório. No meu apartamento já é a segunda vez que há uma inundação, já faz quase uma semana e até agora a Imobiliária (que é a proprietária) não o resolveu.
I have been living at Ideal Center 2 for a year and during that time I was not at ease with the countless problems presented by the building's structure. The real estate company, which should be responsible for the concert, does a poor job. Homeless people invading the building, various infiltrations, leaks that flood rooms, broken gates, clogged plumbing, the smell of sewage rising through the drains, none of this is resolved in a satisfactory time. In my apartment it is the second time that there is a flood, it has been almost a week and so far the Real Estate (which is the owner) has not solved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, não dão atenção devida ao locatário, não sabem resolver os problemas e não possuem bom senso para avisar sobre mudanças importantes (exceto quando o preço do aluguel vai aumentar).
Terrible service, they don't pay attention to the tenant, they don't know how to solve problems and they don't have the good sense to warn about important changes (except when the rent price will increase).
