Atendente grossa e mau educada.
Sem a menor cortesia com o cliente.
E ainda fazer o absurdo de cobrarem uma taxa de serviços de quem faz uma proposta pelo aluguel de um imóvel. Quem contrata a imobiliária é o locador. Ele já paga pelos serviços.
Não recomendo deixar seu imóvel para alugar com eles. Se você faz uma proposta de valor menor, sem nem consultar ao proprietário já respondem: se não gostou não alugue.
Já vi péssimos atendimentos, mas igual a esse é o primeiro.
