★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei alugar um apto mas eles sao muito engessados, documentação somente levando o original e todos os envolvidos na presença do advogado deles. Quiz fazer com seguro pela Porto Seguro, mas exigiram que fosse feito com o corretor deles nao posso utilizar o meu corretor que tambem é credenciado pela Porto.
I tried to rent an apt but they are very plastered, only documents bearing the original and all involved in the presence of their lawyer. Quiz make safe by Porto Seguro, but demanded that they be done with their broker can not use my broker who also is accredited by Porto.

Vou explicar: Todos os clientes que atendo deixo meu e-mail ... meu Celular .... meu Whatsapp e aceito todos os documentos e se precisar de algum original aviso. Usar o Seguro Fiança tem que ser com o nosso porque ja teve casos do cliente alterar as coberturas e ate não renovar depois. Todos que eu atendo sempre atendo olhando no olho do cliente que merece toda a atenção. Todos os cartões de visita da imobiliaria tem os e-mails para contato eu vejo todos os dias. "NUNCA SERÁ POSSIVEL AGRADAR A TODOS AO MESMO TEMPO". Exatamente por isso tem quem gosta de vermelho e outros de verde.
