No passado essa imobiliária administrava meus 5 imóveis.
Porém, devido a diversos problemas e devido a extrema desorganização e a maus tratos aos clientes, devido a inúmeros problemas e muitas dores de cabeça com essa imobiliária eu retirei 4 dos meus 5 imóveis que eles administravam no passado e coloquei em outra imobiliária que me cobra uma taxa de administração menor e tem oferece serviços mais qualificados e que tem uma administração bem mais educada, menos problemática e bem mais eficientes.
Eu troquei de imobiliária e hoje eu não tenho mais problemas !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em meio a pandemia, o assunto é: Vamos ajudar o comércio! Essa imobiliária não merece ser contatada! Por falta de simpatia, falta de compromisso e consideração ao cliente! Não sou eu que tenho que ligar para contatar um CORRETOR DE IMÓVEIS e confirmar uma visita que eu faria ao imóvel no local e data combinado. WhatsApp COMERCIAL que não responde e telefone comercial que não funciona! Existem comércios que fecharam as portas que não mereciam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se fosse possível dar ZERO estrelas tava de ótimo tamanho! Tudo isso que falam dessa imobiliária é verdade, não façam nada com eles. A primeira imobiliária que conheci na vida com inversão de papéis, parecia que eu era o corretor e eles o cliente, falta de respeito total! Não estão nem aí pra você! Confiem! A corretora concorrente me ligou em um dia, enquanto eles demoravam UMA semana! O pior de tudo era o corretor falando que não era pra eu negociar com as outras imobiliárias, porque o “dono” do imóvel que eu tinha interesse, era amigo do patrão dele! Fui confiar e no fim da negociação ele me fala que já fechou com outro! É rir pra não chorar!
Obs: Tem uma nota 5 estrelas aqui embaixo do Kaique Finatti, ele trabalha lá (só assim pra ganhar 5 estrelas, pois são muito amadores)
If it were possible to give ZERO stars it would be great size! All that they say about this real estate company is true, do nothing with them. The first real estate agent I met in my life with a role reversal, it seemed that I was the broker and they were the client, lack of total respect! They don't care about you! Trust! The competing broker called me in one day, while they took ONE week! Worst of all, the broker was saying that I was not supposed to negotiate with other real estate agents, because the “owner” of the property I was interested in was a friend of his boss! I went to trust him and at the end of the negotiation he tells me he has already closed with another one! Is to laugh not to cry!
Note: There is a 5 star rating here under Kaique Finatti, he works there (just like that to earn 5 stars, as they are very amateurs)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma visita em um imóvel com 1 semana de antecedência, chegando na data prevista e no horário marcado, a pessoa disse que se atrasaria, depois de 30 minutos, desligou o celular e não apareceu no compromisso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi horrível, aluguei um imóvel nesta imobiliária, antes de liberar a minuta fizeram eu fazer um depósito de 100.000 cem mil reais isso mesmo100 k, as palavras do Propietario foram a seguinte ou confia ou não aluga pois bem como se trata de um senhor idoso, resolvemos confiar até aí tudo certo logo após o depósito o mesmo liberou o contrato de locação, pois aí quando estávamos no cartório o mesmo ligou dizendo que estava cancelando o contrato pois outro interessado havia alugado por um valor maior que o nosso! Pois bem o senhor PAULO
idoso mencionado acima nos tratou como um qualquer. Este idoso Paulo que se diz advogado, pelo visto não entende nada de direito! Fui super maltratado a equipe toda despreparada o corretor que nos atendeu e fez o contrato CAÍQUE parece que nem sabe pq veio ao mundo, o PROPIETARIO DA IMOBILIÁRIA PAULO NÃO SABE NEM USAR UM CELULAR E TE TRATA COM AR SUPERIORIDADE O TEMPO INTEIRO PÉSSIMA IMOBILIÁRIA NÃO RECOMENDO QUE VC COLOQUE SEU IMÓVEL OU ALUGUE QUALQUER COISA LÁ POIS COM CERTEZA VAI SER MALTRATADO E DETALHE ATÉ O MOMENTO DESTA POSTAGEM NÃO DEVOLVERAM O DINHEIRO DO MEU DEPÓSITO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No início achei que o problema era comigo, ambiente com uma energia carregada. Depois que fechei o contrato, meus problemas começaram. Poderia citar vários erros como contrato errado entre outros, mas não vou dar esse gostotinho do feedback. Até por que o dono e o filho são pessoas extremamente arrogantes e provavelmente não teve o amor de um pai e uma mãe, pessoas pobre de espírito. Então, sendo o dono dessa forma o que esperar da equipe, que segue a mesma linha de tratamento.
