Sou de São Paulo, cheguei em Olímpia na segunda feira 03/01/22 para alugar um imóvel, fui direto para imobiliária, pois já tinha o contato (Elisângela) e o imóvel, pois bem pegamos as chaves, visitamos, gostamos, entregamos a documentação, que foi aprovada, enfim, fizemos a nossa parte! Segundo informação da nossa corretora iríamos pegar a chave na quinta feira, fiquei aguardando o retorno o dia inteiro, e fomos receber um "boa tarde" dela, as 17:40 desse mesmo dia!! Nem atendemos, pois estamos desde segunda com idas e vindas na imobiliária pra toda vez sair de lá sem resposta!! Então cansamos!! Fomos pra imobiliária INTEGRATIVA e o que não resolvemos em 4 dias na MALUFI resolvemos em um dia com a corretora Jussara na INTEGRATIVA!! Se não quiserem ficar a deriva, falando sozinho, FUJAM da MALUFI
Goodnight!! My experience was the worst possible!! I'm from São Paulo, I arrived in Olímpia on Monday 01/03/22 to rent a property, I went straight to the real estate company, as I already had the contact (Elisângela) and the property, as we took the keys, visited, liked, delivered the documentation, which was approved, finally, we did our part! According to information from our broker, we were going to get the key on Thursday, I was waiting for the return all day, and we went to receive a "good afternoon" from her, at 5:40 pm that same day!! We don't even answer, because we've been coming and going at the real estate since Monday to leave there without answer!! So we're tired!! We went to INTEGRATIVA real estate and what we didn't solve in 4 days at MALUFI we solved in one day with Jussara at INTEGRATIVA!! If you don't want to be adrift, talking to yourself, RUN FROM MALUFI
