★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa , descaso total com os inquilinos, quero pagar o aluguel mas parece que a imobiliária é fantasma . Ninguém atende o telefone , ninguém retorna o watss app , falta eu implorar pra mamdarem o boleto pra eu pagar o aluguel . Até parece que estão nos fazendo um favor , sendo que é obrigação da imobiliária mandar o boleto.
Não vou pedir mais para mandarem , se atrasar , falo com o dono da residência que eu quis pagar com antecedência e eles nem sequer me retornaram .
Improfissionalidade total . Atendimento horrível .
 Wow, total disregard for tenants, I want to pay the rent but it seems that the real estate is a ghost. No one answers the phone, no one returns the watss app, I still need to beg to get the ticket to pay the rent. It seems that they are doing us a favor, and it is the obligation of the real estate agency to send the ticket.
I won't ask for more to be sent, if I'm late, I talk to the owner of the residence that I wanted to pay in advance and they didn't even return me.
Total unprofessionality. Horrible service.
