★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca atendem o telefone, quando atendem é uma enrolação só...faz 3 anos que quitei meu apartamento e até agora nada de escritura, sempre uma conversinha diferente. Péssimo.
 They never answer the phone, when they do it's just a mess... it's been 3 years since I got my apartment and so far no deed, always a different conversation. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nenhuma estrela na vdd, imobiliária não tem o mínimo de respeito com ninguém, fiz a quitação de meu apto há mais de 2 anos, dei um cheque para pagar a escritura é ainda fiz uma transferência em nome da imobiliária e nada de liberarem a escritura, não atendem telefone, não respondem e-mail não sei como está atuando no mercado ainda, péssimo serviço, a Caixa Econômica Federal escolher esse tipo de empresa para representa lá é vergonhoso, vamos partir para uma ação contra a Caix é contra a imobiliária, acho que com eles só assim se resolvem as coisas?
No star in vdd, real estate has no respect for anyone, I paid my apt for more than 2 years, I gave a check to pay the deed and I still made a transfer in the name of the real estate and nothing to release the deed, they don’t answer the phone, they don’t answer e-mail I don’t know how the market is working yet, lousy service, Caixa Econômica Federal choosing this type of company to represent there is shameful, we’re going to take action against Caix and against the real estate company, I think that only with them things can be resolved?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, essa imobiliária foi escolhida pela CAIXA ECONÔMICA FEDERAL para cuidar das quitações antecipadas do condomínio onde resido.
É um verdadeiro falta de comprometimento e respeito com os clientes do PAR - Plano de Arrendamento Residencial.
Para que possamos obter qualquer tipo de informação, somos obrigados a deixar nossos afazeres diários e nos dirigir ao centro da cidade de São Paulo.
Eles divulgam telefones que "NUNCA ATENDEM".
Já encaminhei e-mail's solicitando informações e nunca recebi respostas.
Lamentável...
Unfortunately, this property was chosen by CAIXA ECONÔMICA FEDERAL to take care of the early repayments of the condominium where I live.
It is a true lack of commitment and respect to the clients of PAR - Residential Lease Plan.
In order to obtain any kind of information, we are required to leave our daily chores and head to the city center of Sao Paulo.
They advertise "NEVER ANSWER" phones.
I have already forwarded emails requesting information and never received replies.
Unfortunate...

a Caixa Economica deveria selecionar melhor essas empresas que participam das licitações para futuras parcerias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, telefone só chama e hoje mesmo fui atendida por um funcionário que me tratou super mal, sendo que eu só queria reservar o salão de festas do condomínio que por sinal eu pago para utilizar.
Terrible service, phone only calls and today I was answered by an employee who treated me super badly, and I just wanted to book the condominium's party room, which by the way I pay to use.
