From the first visit to the property until the purchase took place, it took 3 months and, at all times, Amaral was always very cordial and patient, respecting the time and moment we demand for decision-making. At no time did he pressure or try to speed up the process. From the beginning it was very transparent. He took care of the entire document process and, once again, proved to be extremely fast, efficient and technical. At the end of the process, he exceeded both my expectations and those of the Seller, who highly praised him at the time of signing the contract. Another point to be praised was the ad, extremely detailed, with all the features of the property and a large amount of quality photos, which portrayed the property with great veracity.
