★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me interessei por um imóvel que estava um preço no site. E depois que mandei mensagem eles AUMENTARAM o preço! São antiéticos, não passam confiança, não tem respeito e muito menos empatia pelas pessoas que buscam. Vou procurar uma outra imobiliária.
I was interested in a property that was priced on the website. And after I sent them a message they RAISED the price! They are unethical, don't trust, have no respect and much less empathy for the people they seek. I'll look for another realtor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a venda de um apartamento por intermédio dessa imobiliária em Outubro de 2021 e até hj não recebi o dinheiro da venda junto a Caixa por negligência da imobiliária no processo de acompanhar a venda. Mudaram o contrato sem avisar a mim e ao comprador e nós assinamos. Total despreparo e amadorismo e má fé . Faço contato e eles não resolvem nada e ainda por cima me passam para resolver com o gerente da Caixa sendo q a imobiliária recebeu a devida comissão pra isso. O que salva esta imobiliária são os corretores que são excelentes, mas infelizmente o processo pós compra ou venda não depende deles.
Então se você quiser passar muita raiva, é só negociar algum imóvel com eles.
I sold an apartment through this real estate agency in October 2021 and until today I have not received the money from the sale from Caixa due to the negligence of the real estate company in the process of monitoring the sale. They changed the contract without notifying me and the buyer and we signed. Total unpreparedness and amateurism and bad faith. I make contact and they don't solve anything and on top of that they send me to solve it with the Caixa manager and the real estate company received the due commission for that. What saves this real estate agency are the brokers who are excellent, but unfortunately the post purchase or sale process does not depend on them.
So if you want to be really angry, just negotiate some property with them.
