★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior imobiliária que já vi. Eles se dizem fazer somente o intermédio entre o locador com o locatário, mas são totalmente despreparados. A funcionária Gabriela é de uma má educação absurda, tratam os clientes como se fossem pessoas de má fé. Exigem demais dos inquilinos e não fornecem nem sequer um atendimento digno.
Uma pena que existam pessoas que assim como eu, não procurou indicações antes de fazer qualquer negociação com eles. Decepcionante.
The worst real estate I've ever seen. They claim to do only the intermediate between the lessor and the lessee, but are totally unprepared. The employee Gabriela is of an absurd bad manners, they treat customers as if they were people of bad faith. They demand too much from tenants and do not even provide decent service.
Too bad there are people who, like me, did not look for indications before making any negotiations with them. Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou em uma casa alugada por essa imobiliária, contrato de dois anos, onde no início não foi possível alterar, o corretor no dia da visitoria disse que não poderia ter crianças, pets e qualquer tipo de barulho, porém me parece que essas regras não funcionam para todos os moradores, estou com um vizinho que faz zona até às 4:30 da manhã praticamente todos os dias, por conta do tempo de contrato, não posso sair da casa, e mesmo tento notificado a imobiliária que cobra multa por conta de barulho, não tomam nenhuma atitude.
I am in a house rented by this real estate company, a two-year contract, where at the beginning it was not possible to change, the broker on the day of the inspection said that he could not have children, pets and any kind of noise, but it seems to me that these rules do not work for all the residents, I have a neighbor who works until 4:30 am practically every day, due to the time of the contract, I cannot leave the house, and I even try to notify the real estate agency that charges a fine due to noise , take no action.
